What is the minimum order?
Holiday gift sets start at 10 per design. For apparel and other items, the minimum is confirmed in your quote — we work in small quantities.
How long does it take?
Your delivery date is confirmed in writing with your quote. For holiday gifts, please order by December 5.
Do you work with small communities?
Yes. Most of the communities we work with have 30 to 150 beds. You can order for one care team or one floor.
Can you put each resident's name on an item?
Yes — on lap blankets, clothing name labels and selected gifts. You send a name list and approve a proof before anything is made.
How do you handle resident names?
Please send only the names needed for the order. We use them only to make your order, and we confirm with you how the list is kept and deleted when the order is agreed.
Can we see a sample?
Ask us. Samples are available for many items, and we confirm any sample or shipping cost first.
What artwork do you need?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is best. If you only have a JPG or PNG, send it and we will let you know if it works.
Are website prices final?
Website prices are per person at the stated minimum. Your final price is confirmed in your written quote.
Do you deliver to more than one community?
Yes. Tell us how many locations and we will quote delivery to each.
